Here is a list of services provided for the tenant locating and property management fees:

Advertising the property on our web site www.LockeRentals.com
Installation of a professional For Rent sign (where possible).
Responding to inquiries from prospective tenants.
Showing the property to prospective tenants.
Screening prospective tenants / reviewing rental agreement (including employment & income verification, obtaining credit reports (costs of reports are additional cost/charge to the owner)).
Drafting of the lease, and arranging for signing by both tenant & owner.
Move-in appointment with the new tenant, including video recording of the property.
Confirming change of utilities with the various service providers where applicable.
Collection of monthly rent (tenants are offered the option to pay via Pre-Authorized Debit).
Taking of any calls from the tenants relating to the property (usually for maintenance or repair issues).
Periodic drive-by of the property
Electronic transfer of net rental income collected each month to the owner’s bank account
Monthly detailed statement of income and expenses provided to owner by e-mail

Please note as well that out company maintains a database of potential tenants, i.e. individuals who are looking for rental accommodations, who provide us with their requirements. As such, we are often able to match a potential tenant to new rentals as they come onto the market. In addition, out company maintains contact with various Embassies and Relocation Companies who are looking for rental accommodations for potential tenants.
